Terms of Service
All conditions will be followed as defined below:
- By sending your payment, you agree to adhere to the TOS as it is written. It is interpreted by me and me alone, and is non negotiable.
- We are NOT perfect! We are human!
- We are still learning with each fursuit we make, but the quality has gone up exponentially since our first steps.
- Keep in mind that the suit may not be 100% perfect or symmetrical, as mostly everything is hand made and hand crafted.
- Do not expect the quality of a big maker who charges a lot more! We aren't to that skill level yet.
- Characters
- We require a full reference sheet of your character of choice.
- If your character is simple and has no back markings, a front or 3/4 view (with a separate tail view) is acceptable
- Anything more than a simple character requires AT LEAST a front and back view of the character. Side views are also very much accepted and appreciated
- Reference sheets cannot be shaded! We try to color match characters with fur, so please be sure to give us a reference sheet with unshaded and easy-to-view markings
- Your character cannot be copyrighted.
- Do to legal reasons, we cannot accept commissions for characters that are copyrighted. This includes characters from movies, shows, game franchises, and more.
- Including but not limited to media from the following:
- Characters from Movies & Shows from Disney, Universal Studios, Hasbro, Netflix, etc.
- Existing Sports Mascots for Football, Baseball, Basketball, Soccer, etc.
- Existing Characters from Game Franchises such as Pokémon, Mario, Sonic, Fortnite, Cult of the Lamb, etc.
- We require a full reference sheet of your character of choice.
- Payment Methods
- We NO LONGER use PayPal.
- We only accept USD. Your purchase will be automatically converted into USD if you use a different currency.

- You have the option to pay your fursuit in full, a 6 month payment plan, or a year long payment plan.
- FULL PAYMENTS:
- 40% Down Payment (Non-Refundable)
- Remaining balance paid in full.
- PAYMENT PLAN:
- 40% Down Payment (Non-Refundable)
- Remaining balance is divided into 5 months of remaining payments
OR
Remaining balance is divided into 12 months of remaining payments
- DOWN PAYMENT:
- The Down Payment, which is 40% of your quoted price, is a non-refundable payment that goes directly towards the purchase of materials for your fursuit.
- The down payment cannot be split up and must be paid in full.
- FULL PAYMENTS:
- When making payments, payments must be made every 30 days. The down payment will always be your first payment. The full payment or monthly payments must be paid within 30 days of your down payment.
- Quotes expire within 30 days. Your down payment must be made within 30 days of your quote. If your quote expires, you must send in a new one if you are still interested in working with us.
- Payments, if not made on time, are subject to late fees of up to 2% per month late.
- You have the option to pay your fursuit in full, a 6 month payment plan, or a year long payment plan.
- Paying payments on time
- Paying your monthly payments on time is important during the commission process. If your payments are late or not complete payments, your commission will be pushed back. Continuation of late payments will push you further back.
- If you are found to have not made a payment in 6 months, your commission may be cancelled.
- Queue
- Our fursuit queue is updated in real time, and can be found through our public queue link HERE.
- Queue is factored by who has paid off their fursuit first (minus rare occasions of rush fees, which we no longer offer. More information on rush fees are lower in the terms).
- Our queue is listed in batches. Once a batch is complete, all from the next batch over will move forward. For example, Batch 2 will become Batch 1, Batch 3 will become Batch 2, etc.,
- In the event a client has to cancel their order and is removed from the queue, everyone behind that client moves up forward one space in the queue. This update is sent and pinged to all clients through our exclusive Fursuiter Chat.
- Work in Progress
- Clients may ask for WIP photos of their suit at any time, although we won't have any photos until the fursuit work begins.
- We send WIP's to our clients periodically when their fursuit begins. We also have a public WIP channel where all clients and non-clients can view our updates daily over HERE.
- You can contact us on any of our socials, which you can find at Contact.
- Upgrades
- If you are a client needing an upgrade for your fursuit while it is still in queue, just contact us and we will be able to upgrade your fursuit at an additional cost.
- Upgrades can include Head Only to Mini Partial, Mini Partial to Full Parital, Mini Partial to Full Suit, Full Partial to Full Suit, or just adding extra parts to your current commission.
- Your spot in queue will not move if you do update your fursuit. However, your fursuit will not be worked on if you haven't paid off your upgrade fully.
- Holding
- If you are a client making payments that need to be put On Hold due to unforeseen circumstances, we can assist you with keeping your suit On Hold for a limited time.
- On Hold items get put into their own Trello list
- On Hold items will be held for up to 6 months (half a year) total
- There will be a 2% late fee placed on the commission per month of being On Hold
- If On Hold items go past the 6 month deadline, the commission will be cancelled and the down payment will be forfeited as non-refundable.
- If you are a client making payments that need to be put On Hold due to unforeseen circumstances, we can assist you with keeping your suit On Hold for a limited time.
- Materials
- We do NOT accept materials shipped to us by the client. Do not ask to supply your own materials for your commission, they will not be accepted.
- We purchase all materials from the following manufacturers:
- Big Z Fabrics
- Howl Fabrics
- Fursuit Supplies
- Mendels
- Joanns
- Wawak
- Shipping
- Basic shipping within the United States of America is FREE
- If you are requiring quicker shipping, you are subject to an additional fee to cover the shipping costs. We will only cover up to the minimum basic shipping.
- If you are an International client (someone not living in the United States), you will have to pay for your fursuit's shipping after the fursuit is completed. You may choose the cheapest shipping, up to the fastest shipping we could possibly find for you.
- We will not be able to cover customs fees for international shipments. You must cover custom fees and shipping yourself. Please keep this in mind when commissioning a fursuit from us.
- We ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS). On some occasions we will ship through UPS.
- Local Pickup
- We DO NOT allow local pickup at our own home / studio. Please do not request this.
- If we are to be vending a convention that you are going to and your fursuit is complete before this convention, you may request a local pickup at the convention.
- We will not do local pickup for any conventions we are only attending.
- Minors (17 years or under)
- Minors are not allowed to place orders for fursuit commissions.
- Parents/guardians may not purchase fursuit commissions for minors.
- Minors are only allowed to purchase premade fursuits in person at conventions.
- Minors will only be allowed to buy the premade as is, and will not be able to purchase upgrades.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult (whether that be their parent or guardian) in order to purchase a premade.
- Minors are not allowed to place orders for fursuit commissions.
- Refunds are available with stipulation
- 40% Down Payment is NON-REFUNDABLE
- By commissioning me and paying your down payment, which covers all material cost, you understand that you will not be receiving this money back. This is the only portion of money during a commission you will not get back.
- Before you are put into Batch 1
- Batch 1 of our commission queue is the batch in which fursuits are prepped and ready to be worked on OR are currently being worked on. This Batch solidifies your slot permanently in our queue and you cannot take yourself out of it when you reach this Batch. Suits are only moved into this Batch when most of Batch 1 is complete to keep batches moving per batch instead of per suit.
- Your commission was paid in FULL
- Your character is stolen
- If at any time during the transaction I found that your character or art you’ve provided to me is stolen (as in someone else’s design being used without the respectful owner’s expressed permission), I will remove you from the queue and a refund will NOT be issued.
- If I have begun work on said commission and your provided character design is found to be stolen, the art will be completed and given to the respectful owner at no charge to them. A refund will NOT be provided to you.
- You harass us
- Harassment can include rudeness, cursing, insults, and uncalled for behavior. There are more details to the Harassment policy below the Rush Fees policy. A refund will be given, however, you will be promptly blacklisted.
- If you participate in any of the categories listed below:
- Harassment towards others
- White Supremacy, "Proud Boys"
- Nazism
- Homophobia & Transphobia
- Sexism
- Racism
- Zoophilia & Pedophilia
- Your fursuit was purchased at a convention
- If you purchase a premade/adoptable fursuit at a convention, your sale is final.
- You are not allowed to try to return the fursuit after it is purchased from us.
- 40% Down Payment is NON-REFUNDABLE
- Character Reference Sheet / Character Images
- A full reference sheet (front and back, front back and side, etc.) are the only forms of images I will accept for fursuit commissions. This is your character after all. Please know exactly how you want it to look BEFORE you come up in the queue to ensure a speedy and accurate commission.
- Allergies
- If you are allergic to cats, we request that you do not commission us. We have two cats, and although we try to make sure their fur does not get in the studio, we cannot guarantee a cat-proof working area, as fur and dandruff can travel through the air. These mischievous boys are kept at bay for the most part away from our work, but we still don't recommend working with us if you are allergic.
- Warranty
- At the time of shipment of your fursuit, you will have a one-year warranty on all fursuits and suit parts that we make. Whether it be popped seams, fitting issues, holes, adhesive failures, or any other issues that were caused by just wear and tear, we will be able to fix them free of charge provided that you ship it to us. We will take care of shipping the parts back!
- You are more than welcome to fix the suit yourself if you'd prefer to do it that way, however, this will void your warranty.
- You are more than welcome to have another suit maker fix the suit themselves if you'd prefer, however, this will void your warranty.
- Invasive modifications done to your fursuit, including but not limited to tearing something out or cutting into the fursuit to add things, will void your warranty.
- Your warranty is void if you have used your suit for sexual purposes, as it becomes a biohazard.
- Fursuits are a luxury item and can be fragile. If you are found to be acting careless with the fursuit and something breaks, the warranty may not cover that for you.
- Rush Fees
- Rush Fees are NOT available for my commission work. Suits will all be made in chronological order of who has finished paying off their fursuit first.
- We will NOT offer convention deadlines. Please do not ask for one.
- Exemptions may include preordered premades, which have set deadlines to them and are charged more for the speed up in time. This is something we temporarily offered but NO LONGER offer to preorder premades.
- Reselling
- You are able to resell your custom or premade fursuit. However, you cannot sell the fursuit for higher than you paid originally unless you follow at least two (2) of these conditions:
- The suit was very lightly worn (worn once or twice)
- The suit was not used for NSFW
- The suit includes extra parts than what was purchased originally
- The suit includes art and badges that increase the value
- You are able to resell your custom or premade fursuit. However, you cannot sell the fursuit for higher than you paid originally unless you follow at least two (2) of these conditions:
- Discrimination
- We strive to make fursuits for all. We DO NOT discriminate, unless you are part of any harmful groups listed in the Refund section above.
- With this, we do not upcharge for any of these:
- Gender
- Sexuality
- Body Size
- Color of your skin
- We have ZERO TOLERANCE for harassment or discrimination against any of the subjects above. We will cancel your commission if you are found to be shaming someone for their sex/gender, shaming someone for their sexuality, shaming someone for their body size (fat shaming, ED shaming, etc.), or shaming someone for the color of their skin.
- With this, we do not upcharge for any of these:
- We strive to make fursuits for all. We DO NOT discriminate, unless you are part of any harmful groups listed in the Refund section above.
- Harassment Policy
- Harassment is defined as consistent pestering of the suit maker by means of excessive messages, harassing clients about their fursuit or yours, trash talking, insults, rallying against the suit maker, block-evading, and blacklist-evading.
- I have an absolute ZERO TOLERANCE policy for harassment. Should I determine you are harassing me, other customers, or just being generally unprofessional about our transaction, I may choose to discontinue the transaction and issue a refund.
- If work has been started on your commission and you are found to be harassing me directly or indirectly, I may decide to discontinue the transaction and issue a partial refund for the time I have already spent on your piece.
- For severe cases, I may choose to blacklist a customer. Blacklisting means that you are banned from commissioning OR ordering merchandise from me (depending on the severity of said blacklist).
- You have the option to repeal your blacklist via email. We will reserve the right to deny the repeal request.
- You may be blacklisted without warning. In this case, if you do try to order something from me, you will be given an explanation for your blacklist if you don’t already know why you were blacklisted.
- Hours of Operation
- Hours of Operation vary day by day, but these are my current hours of operation:
