Terms of Service
All conditions will be followed as defined below:
- By sending your payment, you agree to adhere to the TOS as it is written. It is interpreted by me and me alone, and is non negotiable.
- Artwork
- Pin artwork is solely drawn by Cass at the Pink Dog Pin Club. WIP's of this artwork will be shared with the client as it is worked on from the sketch phase, to the lining phase, to the coloring phase. You must respond to each WIP within 24 hours.
- Pin artwork is done within 30 to 60 days, or sooner. Please be patient! Cass works full time as a fursuit maker in the studio as well as a convention chair for AnthroExpo, so sometimes they have to skip their pin shifts.
- When art is completed, you are more than welcome to use the artwork wherever you'd like as long as credit is given. Be sure to relate to our social media sites in Contact when crediting our work
- Manufacturing
- When the pin is complete and before the pins are manufactured, the manufacturer will send a proof to Cass. You will need to respond to the proof within 24 hours to ensure that any corrections made can be done quickly, as you are part of a batch. If you hold up the batch, you are subject to have your commission cancelled.
- Manufacturing typically takes longer than making the artwork does, so keep in mind that manufacturing will have delays. Our manufacturers are overseas and have other orders they must take care of alongside ours, so be patient with them. They work very hard!
- Payment
- Once you place an order for a pin at the Pink Dog Pin Club, you will be receiving an invoice if your character is chosen. You must pay for your pins in full within 24 hours of receiving your invoice or your commission will be discarded until next commission opening.
- Shipping
- Basic shipping within the United States of America is $15
- If you are an International client, your shipping cost will be $50
- We ship through the United States Postal Service.
- Refunds are available with stipulation
- Before work has begun
- In the case of you asking for a refund in the midst of starting work on your commission, a PARTIAL refund will be given. The amount will be based off of how much work has already been started.
- Your commission was paid in FULL
- Your character is not stolen
- If at any time during the transaction I found that your character or art you’ve provided to me is stolen (as in someone else’s design being used without the respectful owner’s expressed permission), I will remove you from the queue and a refund will NOT be issued.
- If I have begun work on said commission and your provided character design is found to be stolen, the art will be completed and given to the respectful owner at no charge to them. A refund will NOT be provided to you.
- You don’t abuse refunds
- “Abused” refunding is the event in which you commission me, demand a refund, commission me AGAIN and then demand for a refund AGAIN. In this case, a refund will be given, however, you will be promptly blacklisted for abusing refunds.
- Before work has begun
- Character Reference Sheet / Character Images
- A full reference sheet (front and back, front back and side, etc.) are the only forms of images I will accept for pin commissions. These reference images must not include shading or textures, unless there is a color chart included to help see your character's details. Keep in mind that all character designs are simplified for their pins, and we will include as much detail as we can, but they will all be flat colored. This means gradients will be reverted to flat lines.

- Harassment Policy
- Harassment is defined as consistent pestering of the artist by means of excessive messages, asking others why your pin is not done, insults, rallying against the artist, block-evading, and blacklist-evading.
- I have an absolute ZERO TOLERANCE policy for harassment. Should I determine you are harassing me, other clients, or just being generally unprofessional about our transaction, I may choose to discontinue the transaction and issue a refund.
- If work has been started on your commission and you are found to be harassing me directly or indirectly, I may decide to discontinue the transaction and issue a partial refund for the time I have already spent on your piece.
- For severe cases, I may choose to blacklist a customer. Blacklisting means that you are, well, blacklisted, from commissioning OR ordering merchandise from me (depending on the severity of said blacklist).
- You may be blacklisted without warning. In this case, if you do try to order something from me, you will be given an explanation for your blacklist if you don’t already know why you were blacklisted.
- Hours of Operation
- Hours of Operation vary day by day, but these are my current hours of operation:
- Monday thru Friday from 7pm to 10pm
- Saturday thru Sunday from 7pm to 10pm
